Having a health coach for the past 12 weeks made me realize a lot of things going on in my life both positive & negative while learning how these things are affecting me. I learned how to breathe and meditate to clear my mind and put myself in a positive thinking space.
I was taught that positive self talk has a huge impact on how I think, negativity breeds negativity and when you're positive, life’s punches don’t hit you as hard.
My coach suggested to put together a vision board to help me prioritize goals and help me organize my thoughts.
All in all, the past 12 weeks has changed both major and minor things in my life as well as teaching me great skills to use everyday.

I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity to be one of Cheri’s practice clients. At the beginning of her coaching I’d just recently made a big life change to leave the toxic relationship I was in.  I left my job and moved to a different state to state with family. Having Cheri to help me and coach me through those hard months made all the difference in my attitude and perspective and overall well-being in experiencing something that caused me a lot of heartache. I was able to work through my feelings and my goals in a healthy and manageable way that kept me encouraged and wanting to stay on track.
